The Chariot - Loose Eyeshadow - Inspired by The Chariot of the major arcana
The Chariot represents overcoming obstacles through confidence and control. The card shows a person driving a chariot using wands. The chariot is pulled by two sphinxes. The sphinxes represent opposing principles, and the chariot driver must balance them to be successful. When this card appears in a reading, it signifies that the reader will be successful at his or her tasks by being resourceful, and by using opposing energies to their advantage. Some say the city in the background represents the abandonment of materialism and that the wands are reference to the Magician, perhaps referencing his past.
